Steve Brine MP – Policy Makers and Golf & Health

During the 2018 BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, UK Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Public Health & Primary Care, Steve Brine MP, joined Golf & Health representatives to meet with various projects that are using golf to give health benefits to people in many different ways.

Mr Brine met with Golf in Society’s founder, Anthony Blackburn, The Golf Foundation’s Chief Executive, Brendon Pyle, and England Golf’s Disability Manager, Jamie Blair, finding out more about the exciting health & wellness work these bodies are undertaking, and how the UK government could aid their work through political and policy development.
